After a year of trial and error and balancing Step 1 preparation with school exams, I finally found a system that truly works for me at the end of my first year at a US medical school. My grades have been excellent since dialing it in, but I'm not saying it's flawless or Step 1-tested just yet
I've tried the majority of the widely used study techniques, kept the ones that worked, and established my own schedule. It might be worth a look if you're still learning how to study for medical school,or really, anywhere. The fundamental ideas are fairly universal. I'd like to know what has worked for you as well
