Hahaha I get your nervousness I have been there, and I couldn't even say just "quite". But yeah you should focus on ethics, communication, and staying calm under pressure. Practice a few sample questions just to get your head in the game.

The biggest tip I can offer is to really focus on understanding the mindset behind what they're looking for!
It's not about right or wrong answers in the traditional sense, but more about demonstrating professional behaviors like empathy, teamwork, ethical reasoning, and communication like @Future Dr. mentioned.
Practice some of the official AAMC scenarios if you haven't already.
Pay attention to the "most effective" and "least effective" choices and try to figure out why they're rated that way.
A lot of it comes down to thinking about the long-term impact of your actions and how they affect others.

I also totally get the nerves! The PREview can feel a bit daunting since it's different from other exams. My biggest piece of advice is to really focus on understanding the AAMC's professional competencies. Don't just skim them. Think about what each one truly means in a practical sense! When you're going through practice scenarios, try to identify which competencies are being tested in each situation and why certain actions align with them while others don't. It's less about memorizing the right answers and more about developing a consistent way of thinking through ethical and professional dilemmas. Pay attention to how your actions might impact others, the team, and the patient! All the best!
