I created this guide because the usual study advice didnt work for me. I struggle with focus and cant do 10 hour study days like others. What finally helped was building a routine that fit my brain, 4 to 5 hours of focused studying daily using UWorld by systems, reviewing only what I got wrong, and relying heavily on Anki and Pixorize for memory heavy topics like vitamins and diseases. I also prioritized sleep at least 8 hours used the Flipd app to avoid distractions and stopped comparing myself to others. My progress was slow but once I accepted my style and stuck to it I improved and passed. If youre feeling lost or like the typical methods dont fit, know that youre not alone your way is valid, even if it looks different.

Respect for putting this together, seriously coz not everyone does well with marathon study days and it's good to see someone owning their pace and still getting it done and yeah by the way, flipd is actually really good too if you're easily distracted (guilty here). Thanks for sharing this, real talk like this is what people actually need to hear.

Nice job using UWorld, focusing your review, and using Anki for those tricky topics. Prioritizing sleep and using Flipd really seemed to help your focus. Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the apps? How do you figure out what to keep or let go? Your flexible way of studying is definitely better than cramming for long hours. Congrats on passing

I think prioritizing sleep and rest is number 1, really. nothing works for me if my sleep is not sufficient. thanks for sharing this. will try the other suggestions!
